Following on from the successful release of our T3MX chassis, Smokem Racing has now released the new 417MX chassis for the TRF417 series of electric touring cars.
The 417MX is a medium flex 2.25mm thick chassis that is ideal for low to medium traction conditions. It has a wide tuning window which allows you to dial in your car over a range of temperature and track conditions.
The 417MX utilizes the same distinctive carbon weave first found on the 417FX chassis and also features distinctive curved profile cutouts which improves chassis response during quick direction changes and turn-in, while maintaining maximum rear traction. With an overall width of only 88mm, scrubbing during hard cornering is minimized.
