SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

*Free Standard Shipping in Australia for orders $350+

Free standard shipping within Australia is available for orders over $350.

However orders over 1kg in weight containing large items such as 1/8 scale Pan Car, 1/8 GT bodies and Packages are excluded from this offer. In these cases, we will notify you of the shipping charges via email.

Free standard shipping is not available for orders that are discounted via the use of a discount code.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipping via Australia Post. Please note Australia Post are expecting higher than normal parcel volumes and are experiencing staffing issues due to COVID 19. This has lead to long than normal shipping times.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Smokem is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All orders are shipping via Australia Post.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
